You could post a zoom in of an image and people can guess what the picture is. Then the next day post the answer and a new zoom in.I like games and stuff that keep people coming back :)
I used to read a blog with a similar name (fattymcblog lol) and it was a humorous look at being fat in America. Day-to-day stuff, tongue-in-cheek references to eating loads of mayo, that kind of thing. You could try that?
The zoom image idea sounds fun. I like looking at pictures of pretty much anything.
I agree with Ada, maybe do a blog about the day to day struggles of being overweight.
